Order Processing Time
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 3 p.m. (EST) will be processed on the same business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
You will receive a shipment notification once your order has been shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or weather events, shipments may be delayed and you will be notified of such delays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery time depends on your location and selected shipping method.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, natural disasters, or carrier delays.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
International Shipping
We can ship to many international locations. Shipments to certain countries where prohibited by law are not available.
We do not charge sales taxes on international orders; however, be aware that we are not responsible for any duties, value-added taxes, and any other fees that may be assessed by your local customs office.
International shipments may also be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
Title and risk of loss for the products transfer to you as soon as the shipment is delivered to the first carrier outside of the country of importation.
Damages
We know how disappointing it is to receive a damaged or defective item. If you encounter this issue, please report it within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve it for you.
To process your claim, we may ask for photos of the damage or the return of the original item. Please note that we may not be able to assist with claims reported more than 7 days after the delivery date.
